📦 Return Eligibility
You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received the wrong item

- Used or opened products are not eligible for return or refund
- Returns are not accepted for change of mind

🚚 Return Shipping
- If the issue is on our side (damaged/wrong product), we will cover the return cost
- Otherwise, returns are not accepted
💸 Refund Process
- Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash
❌ Non-Returnable Cases
We do not accept returns in the following situations:
Product has been used or opened
- Customer changed their mind after receiving the order
- Incorrect shipping details were provided by the customer
