At Herbal Root, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products, we follow a limited return and refund policy.

📦 Return Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received the wrong item

As we sell personal care products (hair oil & shampoo):

  • Used or opened products are not eligible for return or refund
  • Returns are not accepted for change of mind

  • Clear pictures of the product

Our team will review your request and guide you accordingly.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the issue is on our side (damaged/wrong product), we will cover the return cost
  • Otherwise, returns are not accepted

💸 Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash

❌ Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns in the following situations:

Product has been used or opened

  • Customer changed their mind after receiving the order
  • Incorrect shipping details were provided by the customer
